April 8, 2021 - New Update
As of April 8th we are ordered to close our doors. We are open for orders, but our showroom will not be open to the public. Orders can be placed online or in advance over the phone, or through email. Most products can be viewed and purchased on our website for your convenience. Once orders have been placed the staff will prepare the order, simply call the office at the time of your arrival and we will place the order in your trunk for you.
The website has been updated to allow purchases of most products with now the availability to choose curbside pick up or free local delivery. Free local delivery is oftered to residences of the Niagara Region within a 20k raduis of our retail store. If you are outside this 20k raduis and reside in Niagara a $20 fee is applied.
The office will remain open to answer your phone calls, book your pool openings and assist you with any other needs in preparation for the upcoming season. Orders, quotes, and inquiries can all be arranged by phone, email or through our website.

February 16, 2021 - New Update
As of February 16 we are advised we can open our doors with restrictions. We are open to the public with a current limit of 4 customers at this time. Shopping for pools, hot tubs and or other products is now permitted. The water test station is now functioning as it has in the past, simply bring in the water sample and we can test the properties while you wait. We do ask that 1 family member enter the store for each visit to limit the capacity. Orders can still be placed online for next day pick up. Once orders have been placed the staff will prepare the order, and you will be notified by phone or email once the order is ready. You may enter the store to pick up the order.
The office and showroom is open to answer your phone calls, book your pool openings and assist you with any other needs in preparation for the upcoming season. Orders, quotes, and inquiries can all be arranged by phone, email or through our website.
We are continuing to clean and disinfect regularly, sanatizer is available upon entry. All counters and cash areas are guarded with plexi. All staff are wearing masks and we ask that you do aswell. During this time your safey and our staff safety is the number one priorty. If we all continue to do our part, hoepfully we can look forward to a great summer!

May19, 2020 - New Update
As of Tuesday May 19, 2020 we are slowly opening the showroom doors. Currently we will cap the customer limit to 4 customers in the store. This will be monitored and adjusted as we adapt to this process. We wil contiune to offer online orders available for instore pick up.
March 28, 2020 - Effective Immediately: Coronavirus Safety Precautions
We are aware of the rapidly growing concerns about the Coronavirus and are therefore implementing new measures, effective immediately, to provide a safe environment for both our staff and customers. We remain to be focused on providing the same great products and services, but with a change in process to ensure the health and safety to our community.

Many products are avaiable for purchase online such as pool and spa chemcials, solar blankets, pumps, filters etc. Payment by credit card in advance will be accepted at this time.
