STABILIZED CHLORINATING TABLETS
CONTROLS BACTERIA AND ALGAE in Swimming Pool Water.
1. Maintain recommended daily levels as determined by testing kit. Free available chlorine: 1.0 – 3.0 ppm pH: 7.2 – 7.8 Total alkalinity: 80 – 120 ppm Calcium hardness: 200 – 300 ppm
2. For outdoor pools, chlorine residuals can be protected from destruction by the sun’s rays by adding 300 g of STAB/COND per 10,000 L of pool water to yield the required initial concentration of 30 ppm.
3. If using an automatic chlorinator, fill the chamber(s) with MAXI PUCKS and adjust flow rate according to manufacturer’s recommendations to maintain proper chlorine residual. Adding tablets to the pool’s skimmer basket is an alternative chlorine feed method. Daily usage should approximate 25 g of MAXI PUCKS per 10,000 L of pool water.
4. Periodic superchlorination of pool water is recommended. Follow label instructions of T.N.T.
NOTE: Hot weather, heavy pool usage and rain may require higher usage rates to maintain proper chlorine residuals.
MAXI PUCKS contains cyanuric acid stabilizer which can accumulate in pool water. Keep stabilizer within the recommended range of 30–100 ppm by dilution with fresh water. The ideal range is 30-50 ppm.
Available Chlorine Content 90%
Weight per tablet: 200 g
Direct tablet contact may cause bleaching of vinyl or painted pool surfaces. Automatic feeding devices employing these tablets must be totally free from traces of other pool sanitizers to avoid the probability of an explosion.
KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN. Strong oxidizing agent. May cause fire or explosion if contaminated. Dangerous gas formed when mixed with acid. Do not mix with any other chemical. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. Harmful if swallowed. Keep container closed and store in a cool, dry location.
